Stranger Strings
Stranger Strings performed at St Silin's Church, Llansilin, on a double bill with local folk group Alive With Wings (Jo Jones, Rick Wilson, and friends). Billed as the 'Celebrate May Concert', the 7:30pm show raised funds for Treftadaeth Llansilin Heritage, the heritage centre being added to the church. Over 100 attended. The programme drew on Debussy, Saint-Saëns, Ravel, Poulenc, and Elgar, alongside works by Wilckens, Villa-Lobos, Gurney, and Pärt.
